I am so pleased with the customer service of the Old Time company. I ordered the size I normal needed for my boyfriend and shortly realized all the reviews said to size up. Do your t-shirts run true to size, or should I size up/down?
We size a bit differently than others, so we recommend SIZING UP if you're in-between sizes. The SMALL t-shirts are very small, and we do not recommend purchasing them unless you a petite person or buying for a child. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges/refunds for any SMALLS, so please be absolutely sure before purchasing. Here are some examples of sizing preferences that might help you out...
Customer 1: Is between a L and XL in most brands, and prefers our XL's. This gives him a slightly oversized look, but overall great fit.
Customer 2: He’s a M everywhere else, but our L gives him the perfect fit. Not too loose, not too snug.
