Looks great and a super soft material.

I am so pleased with the customer service of the Old Time company. I ordered the size I normal needed for my boyfriend and shortly realized all the reviews said to size up. I was a bit worried I would have to go through the process of returning and ordering again. I sent an email to the team, and they were more than willing to help me out! Also, the quality of the T-shirt is perfect, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I sent multiple emails in recent weeks after I received the shirt but haven't received a response to my initial email. You can see the attached pictures show the print on the back of the shirt is severely misaligned. What can be done to correct this? Can a refund be issued? Can my emails be replied to?

I can’t say enough positive things about the shirts that I bought! I’m usually very skeptical about buying shirts online because the quality is almost never as advertised. However, the designs that I saw on this website were so appealing to me, that I decided to give this company a shot…and I’m so glad that I did! Once I received them in the mail and opened them up, I was blown away by the quality of the material and how much the designs popped. They’re even more bold and beautiful in person. You can tell that a lot of care goes into the creation of these shirts. They’re really top-notch. Another thing that stood out to me were the collars. I’ve had such a bad streak recently of buying shirts with poor quality collars that initially look good, but are so flimsy that after the first wash they end up becoming a disaster. These collars hold up and I can feel confident that I don’t look sloppy walking around in these shirts. As far as sizing goes, I’m 5’8 and about 170-175 lbs. I’m in-between Medium and Large size shirts so it can be quite challenging finding shirts that fit comfortably on me. Mediums most of the time are slightly too tight and Larges sometimes are just too big. I took a chance and went with Larges for the 2 shirts that I bought and they fit PERFECTLY! They also didn’t shrink when I washed them, so they continue to fit exactly how I like. Big shoutout to the owners and creators at this company! Keep up the good work. I will definitely be buying more shirts!
